Hi. My name is Dan SwinDell. My wife, Virginia and I have been married for 34 years and live in the state of Washington. We’ve got three great kids, and two equally wonderful grandkids. That’s me in the photo at a tough time. I kept asking myself, “How does a successful insurance broker end up driving a backhoe?”

One day, a very good friend called me and all but shouted through the phone that he had finally found the “perfect company” after years of searching. His raw excitement was uncharacteristic.
